STORY THUS FAR...

Whether you're new to Twilight City, or have been a longtime resident, you no doubt know the story by now:

Vampires stalk the streets searching for blood.

Hordes of zombies lurch forth in the darkness, mauling and devouring anyone who gets in their way.

Murderous sociopaths butcher the living without remorse.

Humanity is an endangered species in this town.

Some panic, some end it themselves, and others just lay down and die.

...Still others refuse to go so quietly...

MISSION STATEMENT

We are The Last Line.

Our mission is clear: Protect the living in Twilight City, destroy the undead,and eliminate the murderers that stalk unsuspecting survivors wherever they may be.

We will not yield.

We will not break.

We will not be stopped.

We didn't ask for this war, but we'll sure as hell fight it.

We don't care who you are.

We don't care where you've been.

Do you want to protect humanity and send the undead back to hell?

WHY JOIN US?

First of all, in a group, you stand a much better chance of survival than you would on your own.

Also, we don't have any stringent requirements that must be met. We want members who will fight the good fight and help survivors. That's basically all we ask.

Make no mistake, we do have some rules to follow, but we'll get to those later.

We have an apply recruitment policy. Just a precaution to keep out TKers.

RULES

1. Help Survivors. Simple as that. Heal people, defend bases, keep barricades at light, kill and revive (k/r) undead friendlies when you can.

2. No team-killing (TKing) will be allowed, unless it is in self-defense or the defense of others. Exceptions can be made for known team-killers and those on our group enemies list. They are there with good reason, so do as you must.

3. Keep in touch over the group channel. Just grab a walkie-talkie from the fort armory or any police station. If you see any enemy activity in your area, make sure to radio it in.

2/12/08: Forums is made [The Last Line Forum]

12/8/08: Moorehead High school has been taken back by the humans. It is now the primary HQ of The Last Line. Survivors are welcome. Recruits even more so. Together we can take back Sobersville.

12/22/08: After a bit of negotiation between Leera and the group E.O.S., a peace treaty has been signed. No more blood shall be spilled between us.

In addition, thanks to the much appreciated assistance of The Leviathan Corps, the vampire attacks on our base have been quelled to an absolute minimum. We offer our thanks to Cu Roi, Takehito Ishida, and all the rest, and vow to assist them in any way we can.
